Photo: Sign not Wide enough

Sign not Wide enough.
This sign has two problems. First it is too small. Law requires a minimum of 17 inches by 22 inches. It is only 12 inches wide by 16 inches long (or tall). But the most glaring mistake is the phone number. It is a Non Working Number, or was when my car was towed and when I took the photo on August 9, 2004.
