Photo: Sign not Tall enough

Sign not tall enough. This is the same sign. As you can see it is only 12 inches wide and 16 inches tall (long). The Law requires the sign to be a minimum of 17 inches by 22 inches. Please note even though it purports to list the San Francisco Police Department Number - The number on the sign 533-0123 was a Non Working number on the date my car was towed and again on August 9, 2004 when I took this photo.
